Milana

 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub, an American actor and comedian, is often referred to as Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub. She was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents and began her acting career as a young person soon after her move to the United States. She gained notoriety for her roles in AT&T commercials on television as salesperson Lily Adams from 2013 to 2016 and since 2020. In addition to her commercial appearances, she was a series regular on the Yahoo! Screen science fiction show Other Space (2015) and was a regular in the NBC drama This Is Us (2016-2017). Vayntrub was also cast as Squirrelgirl in Marvel Rising in 2018 following her casting in the pilot TV series called New Warriors. Vayntrub was Jewish born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. Her parents, who were both just two years old, emigrated to America as refugees from antisemitism. They moved to West Hollywood. Because of her family's financial troubles and her own financial struggles, she began acting in Mattel Barbie commercials as a five-year-old. Vayntrub briefly was a student at Beverly Hills High School, but dropped out after her sophomore year, obtained an GED and went to complete an Associate of Arts in Communication at the University of California, San Diego. She studied improv with the Upright Citizens Brigade.
